Since 2020, we've partnered with Bosch to reimagine their product marketing for the digital age. Bosch faced the challenge of increasing visibility among target audiences, appealing to a younger demographic, and translating high-quality engineering into consumer-friendly messages. We needed to craft versatile content for channels like YouTube, social media, and retail websites such as Otto and Amazon.
Our first step was to humanize the Bosch brand by introducing relatable faces that emerged from behind the brand, giving it a personal touch. We approached the content like creators, consistently focusing on delivering value to the audience. We crafted videos addressing common questions such as "Which refrigerator is right for me?", "Washer or washer-dryer?", "Is a steam oven worth it?", and "How do I clean my dishwasher?". These efforts led us to achieve top rankings for numerous videos.
A standout highlight was Bosch's first-ever YouTube series, "Die Härtetester," a brandertainment series about washing machines made in Germany, conceived and produced by 390°. What started on YouTube expanded to other platforms, including social media, eCommerce players, and the point of sale. Today, the cast we selected is an integral part of the most important industry trade show in Berlin, the IFA. By strategically humanizing the brand and providing valuable content, we extended Bosch's reach and engagement across multiple channels.
Our collaboration with Bosch resulted in extraordinary outcomes. We produced over 500 minutes of video content, generating 60 million views and 5 million hours of watch time, significantly easing customer service workloads. We achieved 900% subscriber growth, setting a new benchmark for future campaigns.
